Use of Service

CorePost provides educational content for mobile video editing. You may use the service for personal, non‑commercial learning unless otherwise agreed in writing. You agree not to use the services in violation of any applicable law or regulation.

Access is provided on an “as available” basis and may be updated, suspended, or discontinued for maintenance, security, or operational reasons.

You must be at least 16 years old to use the services. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have your parent or legal guardian’s consent.

Accounts and Access

Some features may require an account. You are responsible for safeguarding access credentials and for all activity under your account. Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use or suspected breach.

We may require multi‑factor authentication or other verification steps. We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate access if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.

Payments and Refunds

Course prices are listed in the catalog and may change without notice. Taxes, where applicable, are added at checkout. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for all purchases.

Due to the nature of digital content, refunds are handled on a case‑by‑case basis. To request a refund, you must contact us with your order details and reason for the request. We may decline refunds where substantial content has been accessed or downloaded, where misuse is suspected, or where statutory exceptions apply.

Promotions and trials may be subject to additional terms presented at enrollment. If a recurring subscription is offered, you may cancel future renewals at any time before the next billing date; partial periods are generally non‑refundable unless required by law.

Acceptable Use

Content and Intellectual Property

All course content, including videos, text, templates, and assets, is protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to access and use content for your personal learning. You may not sublicense, share, or publicly display the content without written permission.

Feedback you provide may be used to improve the service without obligation to you, and you grant us a non‑exclusive, royalty‑free license to use such feedback.

Third‑Party Services

The service may reference third‑party tools or platforms. We are not responsible for third‑party services and disclaim liability for actions taken by such providers. Your use of third‑party services is governed by their terms and policies.

Disclaimers

The services and content are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error‑free, or that outcomes will meet your requirements.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CorePost is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from or related to your use of the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the services will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to us for access to the relevant content in the twelve months preceding the claim or one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100).

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CorePost and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your misuse of the services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third‑party rights.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms or pose a risk to the service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease, and provisions that by their nature should survive will continue to apply (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution).

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles. The parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Delaware for any dispute that is not subject to arbitration or cannot be resolved informally.

Before filing a claim, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us with a description of the issue. If unresolved after 30 days, the parties may pursue available remedies.

Changes

We may modify these terms and will update the date of last revision on this page. Continued use of the services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

For questions, requests, or notices under these Terms, contact our legal team. We aim to respond within 3–5 business days.
